For Customers:
1. Manage your incoming mail and parcels by sending instructions such as ‘Open and Scan’, ‘Forwarding quote’, or ‘shred’;
2. Open and save scanned documents;
3. Accept or reject a quotation by your centre manager;
4. Switch current forwarding address.
For Centre managers:
1. Use the app to take a photo of incoming item, and send to a customer;
2. Notify your customers of their incoming mail and parcels;
3. Upload scanned file;
4. Provide quotation to customers;
